Shipping/Return/Exchange Policy

Many orders ship within 24 - 48 hours if merchandise is in stock. Please call or email us to find out if the items you are ordering are in stock. Our preferred method of shipping is USPS Priority Mail With Signature Confirmation. Expedited and Express orders can be accommodated upon request. Orders shipped directly from our shoe manufacturers are shipped using UPS. Orders shipped outside of the USA may be shipped First Class US Mail and can take up to 3 weeks for delivery once shipped.


All packages must be signed for unless you request otherwise by phone or email.

WE ACCEPT EXCHANGES ONLY ON OUR MERCHANDISE. WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS.

All merchandise unconditionally guaranteed against manufacturer's defect. Damaged merchandise will be replaced at no charge within 10 days of receipt. We reserve the right to refuse exchange or return of ANY item. Please note that there may be variations in packaging but the product will always be the exact quality product described, promised and delivered. For legal purposes we must state that all items are sold as novelty items only. NO SHIPMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT OUR RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. For health reasons, novelties may not be returned under any circumstances. Clothing must be unworn, labels intact and in original package. All exchanges without a Return Authorization Nunber will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
